Vertical Horizon is an American alternative rock band formed at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 1991. The band is best known for a string of hits in 1999 and early 2000s, including You're a God, Everything You Want, and Best I Ever Had. Their most recent album, Echoes from the Underground, was released in October 2013.
