Intense Method is a three-man L.A. based hip hop group consisting of Loco S.A.B., Nutty Biz and Rhythum D whose single Licorice Stiks appeared on The Substitute, the 1996 crime film starring Tom Berenger and Ernie Hudson.
The all-hip hop soundtrack was released on April 9, 1996 through Priority Records and peaked at #90 on the Billboard 200 charting for five weeks and #18 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums remaining on the charts for ten weeks.
