Local H is a U.S. alternative rock duo formed by drummer Joe Daniels and vocalist and guitarist Scott Lucas in Zion, Illinois in 1990. The members all met in high school in 1987 and founded Local H three years later, with bass guitarist Matt Garcia completing an early incarnation of the group.
