Nick Richards is a British singer/musician who is perhaps best known internationally as the frontman for the 1980s synthpop/new wave band Boys Don't Cry. He had also previously recorded as a solo artist at Nippon Columbia and RCA from 1978 to 1982.
In 1983, he bought the Maison Rouge Recording Studios in London, where he subsequently put together Boys Don't Cry.
