Charlotte OC is an English singer-songwriter from Blackburn, classed as tipped for success in 2014 by BBC and named as one to watch by Digital Spy. She is the daughter of a half Malawi, half Indian mother and Irish father. Charlotte was signed and dropped by record label Columbia in her late teens.
