Christopher A. Chaney is an American musician. He is best known as the current bassist of alternative rock band Jane's Addiction, and as a member of Alanis Morissette's touring and recording band for seven years. Chaney is also a member of Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders and Camp Freddy.
