Matt Finish are an Australian rock band formed by singer-songwriter/guitarist Matt Moffitt and drummer/composer/producer John Prior in mid 1979.
The band's debut album, Short Note, from 1981 peaked at #14 in the Australian albums charts. The title song, Short Note peaked at #18 and went on to become a standard on Australian radio stations.
