Noelle Scaggs is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles. For ten years she served as front-woman for soul band The Rebirth, and has also collaborated as a composer or vocalist with artists such as The Black Eyed Peas, Dilated Peoples, Quantic, Mayer Hawthorne, Defari, and Damian Marley.
