Tamra Keenan is a female artist and songwriter from Ireland. She has worked in Pop, electro, Folk, R&B and with dance music stars, and is the voice behind Kaskade's hit Angel on my Shoulder, and David Morales' 2005 number one Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play track Here I Am.
