Tegan and Sara are a Canadian indie rock/indie pop duo formed in 1995 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, composed of identical twin sisters Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Kiersten Quin. Both musicians are songwriters and play guitar and keyboards.
