Chihiro Yamanaka is a Japanese jazz pianist and composer, born in Kiry?, Gunma Prefecture. As of 2012, she is based in New York. Yamanaka studied at the Berklee College of Music and is an alumna of the Betty Carter's Jazz Ahead residency program.
