Idlewild are a Scottish indie rock band from Edinburgh, formed in 1995. The band's line-up consists of Roddy Woomble, Rod Jones, Colin Newton, Allan Stewart and Gareth Russell. To date, Idlewild have released six full-length studio albums, with their latest, Post Electric Blues, self-released to fans in June 2009.
