K?tar? Nakagawa is a Japanese composer and arranger. He is a graduate of the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music's school of music. He is the son of trumpet player Yoshihiro Nakagawa, the elder brother of trombone player Eijir? Nakagawa and the nephew of clarinet player Takeshi Nakagawa and trombone player Atsushi Nakagawa.
