The Magnetic North are a British band, formed in London by multi-instrumentalist Simon Tong, Orcadian musician Gawain Erland Cooper and singer, composer and orchestral arranger Hannah Peel. They released their debut album, Orkney: Symphony of the Magnetic North on May 6, 2012.
