The Mallett Brothers Band are an alternative country band from Portland, Maine. The band is made up of two brothers, Luke and Will Mallett, who are the sons of famed folk singer David Mallett. Bassist Nick Leen put the group together after the funk/hip-hop band Boombazi disbanded. Luke and Will Mallett serve as primary songwriters. The sound has been described by the Portland Press Herald as ...an authentic, rip-roarin' alt-country band.
