Dreaming of becoming a great soccer player, the twelve-year-old schoolboy, Bayu, is training tirelessly. With this in mind, every day, Bayu tries to hone his skills and perfect his dribbling techniques in the small alleys of his neighbourhood. As a result, believing in Bayu's remarkable talent, Heri, his best friend, strives to convince him to sign up for selection to the junior national soccer team; however, Bayu's grandfather disapproves of the boy's aspiration. In his eyes, a soccer player, unlike a painter or say, a drummer, has no future. Can the determined Bayu make his dream come true without losing his grandfather's love and respect?
