The congress of the league against alcoholism is to take place in a small town of Burgundy.It 's not fine with the inhabitants of this wine-growing region.They strike back: this year's wine is going to be offered for free by the wine-growers.The congressmen' s water carafes are filled with old Marc and eventually,everybody gets drunk.A love affair between the girl from the cafe and the Cocu-Colu (sic) rep runs into difficulties.
