Gianni, from Bologna in Naples for military service, has become engaged to Carla. He is also a talented singer, and for this reason he briefly moved to Rome to record a record. But in the meantime another young man has set his sights on his girlfriend. Gianni is misunderstanding and believes he has been betrayed. To make up for the mistake he will have to dedicate a repairing song to his beloved.
