The film is based on documentary material about the actions of Soviet intelligence in Tallinn occupied by the Nazis. 1942 Soviet spy Sergey Skorin is infiltrating the intelligence agencies of Nazi Germany, seeking to misinform the headquarters of the Supreme Command of the Soviet Armed Forces. As a result of his actions, strategic disinformation does not go to Moscow, but to Berlin and misleads the German command.
