Composer ("Moonlight And Roses", "Hold Me"), author, publisher, producer, music director of the Paramount Theatres in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans, also others in San Francisco. He produced shows in New York and California. Joining ASCAP in 1926, his chief collaborators were Edwin Lemare and Neil Moret.
