Was formerly lead singer of popular Australian rock group Uncanny X-Men. This was a Melbourne-based band which had a lot of success between about 1983 and 1986, then seemed to suddenly disappear. Brian Mannix was a classic rock band frontman - extrovert and energetic - in the ilk of Iggy Pop or Mick Jagger.
