Noel Burgess is an Australian electronic dance music producer. Burgess formed Vision Four 5 whilst studying Music Technology at the Conservatorium of Music in Brisbane, Queensland with fellow students Gavin Sade, Harry Ho and later Ben Suthers to perform live electronic dance music at night clubs.
