Peter Hooton is the vocalist of Liverpool-based group The Farm. He was also its sole founder member in the 1980s. Hooton was born in Everton in September 1962 but worked on the Cantril Farm estate as a youth worker and it was after this estate that he named his band The Farm about 20 years later.
